We build automations that run in production for real businesses. Workflows that handle real leads, send real messages, and cost real money when they break.

If you've built demo workflows that impressed you on a Tuesday and were never used again — that's a start, but it's not this role.

What you'll build

Full working automation systems: lead capture → qualification → CRM → follow-up, end to end
AI agents that do actual work — WhatsApp bots, voice agents, support agents, research agents
RAG systems over client data
Integrations across whatever the client already uses — CRMs, Sheets, Slack, Instagram DMs, calendars
Systems that handle errors, retry, log, and alert you when something fails

What we need

Fully functional models, not demos. Workflows that are running in production right now
Deep n8n, Make, or equivalent experience — you can build a 40-node workflow without googling every step
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and documentation. You can integrate a tool nobody has written a tutorial for
Real LLM work — prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, token and cost management
You build error handling before you build features

Bonus

Python for the things no-code can't do
Vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Qdrant)
Voice agents (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Twilio)
WhatsApp Business API — properly, not through a wrapper

The honest bit

This is the role where fakers are easiest to spot. Everyone can show a screenshot of a workflow canvas. Very few can show it running, explain what happens when node 12 fails, and tell you what broke last month. Your video matters more here than on any other role.

Show us: the workflow walked through node by node, you triggering it live, the real responses coming back, and the error handling — what happens when something fails. Talk over it throughout.
