Simple role, simple test.

We build websites, run ads, make content, and build AI automations for businesses. We need someone who can find businesses that need this and get them on a call.

What you'll do

Find and reach out to potential clients — cold DMs, cold calls, email, LinkedIn
Run discovery calls and understand what a business actually needs
Pitch, handle objections, and close
Follow up. Most deals are lost because nobody followed up

What we need

You've sold something before, to someone who wasn't obligated to buy
You're comfortable calling a stranger. Not “willing to try” — comfortable
You can hear “no” ten times and make the eleventh call
Clear communication in English and Hindi
You understand what we sell well enough to explain it to a shop owner

Compensation

Fixed base plus commission on every deal closed
Good closers here will earn more from commission than base
Tell us your expected base honestly and we'll talk about the commission split
